Summary
The air is still and heavy, carrying no sound of distant cries or alarms. The quiet is in stark contrast to the sound of fighting that comes from his earpiece. Danger is never far away in Gotham. But Batman takes a brief moment to take in the view of towering skyscrapers and kaleidoscope of colors from all the lights. The moment passes and he prepares to launch himself to the next roof and continue his patrol.
Only to freeze at the subtle and sudden presence of a breeze. It lifts the sounds of the city into the night sky. He turns quickly to his right and pulls up short. The figure sharing his perch is in white and arctic blue with...rabbit ears.
"Violet." With a slight nod he acknowledges them.
The figure salutes and just...portals away.

Marinette will marry Damian Wayne. She just has to help him see it. There is some wall that he hides behind, some place he retreats to that she won't force her way into. She has her own secrets and she's not scared of his. But he stands firmly behind some belief or decision and she has yet to sway him. Marinette is not afraid of hard work or finding creative solutions, though. Ladybug isn't afraid. -

Kind of a rewrite starting in season 1 ep 12, following Zeke's story.
This show just drives me absolutely crazy. The mystery is so good but the lackluster character connections is a crime.
This is simply my attempt to put some depth into a character and a relationship I really want more of.
I have no idea how much I'll come back to this - as much as I'd like to see it through.

Summary
Soulmate AU in which there are many different bonds. Marinette and Damian are born unable to see color. The closer they get to one another the brighter and more vivid the colors become but there will always be a color missing until they meet.
Title from Metric's No Lights On the Horizon as it was a big inspiration and I recommend giving it a listen.

Summary
Damian always assumed that the discomforting emotions he felt in Marinette's presence were because he couldn't stand the woman. However after an unlikely encounter in a darkened alley, Damian comes to the harrowing realisation that he has actually been in love with her the entire time.

Okarun closed his eyes and hummed, thinking very hard. “You’re teasing me,” he concluded.
“What? No way,” Momo bit back a grin, shuffling a bit to better face her friend.
His face scrunched, but his eyes were still closed. “You’re so mean, Momo.”
Her heart did a little skip at that. Okarun never called her Momo, except when he transformed. She was just startled, was all. When he said it so casually, dropping the curtain of pretenses and formality, it felt… special. It was like his own way of peering into her soul.
“A-anyways, let me see if I can fix this. I wanna go back to bed as soon as possible,” the psychic brushed it off, willing the heat in her cheeks to dissipate.
