Summary
Jimin is a simple peasant mage living in a cold, dark valley at the edge of the kingdom. He journeys to the center of the kingdom where the palace is located to fulfill his birth prophecy to save his village from despair. When he realizes the Ember Prince Yoongi holds the key to saving his village, Jimin is determined to trick the prince into helping him. He isn’t expecting the prince to fall in love with him.

Jimin blinked at the lights shining through windows, under eaves, in the sprawling marketplaces. It was then that he realized not all of those lights were stationary.
Flickers.
The creatures of light flitted about, almost like shining butterflies, but more like quivering, double discs of brilliant golden light than flapping wings. Jimin could feel the heat from their presence when they fluttered past him. They weren’t moving in swarms, but rather like loose clusters, as if floating in the air. Slow, sleepy, and yet so, so beautiful they nearly took his breath away. Even as a practitioner of magic, Jimin couldn’t help to be awed by their beauty.

Summary
Singularity isn’t an exclusive club (though there are supernatural-only clubs in select places across Seoul, which is understandable considering there are human-only clubs pretty much everywhere) but its usual customers consist mostly of supernaturals. It’s definitely new territory for them both, since most of their interactions with supernaturals have been limited within campus, but Jimin is nothing if not adventurous.
“Adventurous is one way of putting it,” Hoseok had snorted when Jimin opened up about wanting to go to Singularity. “Just say you want some monster dick and go.”

By the time they leave, it’s flurrying outside, and Jimin giggles as he tries to catch some snowflakes on his tongue once they’re back in the safety of their yard. Yoongi watches him silently for a few moments before stepping into his space and capturing Jimin’s lolling tongue in his mouth. Jimin seamlessly responds, taking hold of the lapels of Yoongi’s coat as his waist is pulled in. Snow falls all around and on them as they stand there, kissing. They know no one can see into the yard past their high stone wall and wooden gate, so there is no rush as they hold each other tightly and intimately taste each other.
