Summary
Life was good on the Isle of Monsters, which leaves a small skeletal judge at a disadvantage when he wakes in the large and dangerous Void. With no knowledge of the Void or other universes at all, he has to rely on the kindness of strangers to survive. But the Void is full of strange kinds indeed. Perhaps they are in need of his help as much as he needs theirs.
The first being a huge version of a certain familiar blue parka wearing skeleton. Joining them is another familiar tall, thin, and pointy skeleton, and even an old yellow lizard.

Summary
Reader wakes up after a rough night to find themselves following in the footsteps of a distant relative.
Y/N wasn’t exactly planning on getting involved with their families business. They just wanted to get away from it all for a while, maybe forever. After a fateful meeting with their estranged uncles assistant and friend, Reader might not be able to escape fate.I feel odd using Y/N as a placeholder for the readers name, so there will be a little explanation that Y/N is the readers assumed name. I then leave it up to the actual reader as to what it means.

Since I deal with Necromancy in my City of Heroes stories I've tucked it here even if it's just a generic story. The necromancer is slightly based off my Hero character."Necromancers used to identify themselves to each other by wearing edgy graphic t-shirts along the lines of “I see dead people” and “normal people scare me”. But slowly their enemies have been infesting fashion with these t-shirts to confuse and break up the necromancers. You, a lover of hot topic, have been confused for a necromancer and are brought into their ranks."

Summary
At what point does fantasy start becoming reality? Unfortunately for this person, the answer to this is comically impossible to answer. Follow along as our main homegirl Luzer goes on a journey of a lifetime, a journey that hopefully no one else would ever have to make.
Let me backtrack- imagine living your life as you usually do, only to have that all whisked away as you're plopped into a seemingly impossible world, where the only plausible answer is severe head trauma or very, very bad luck. Our Isekai will have to learn how to live life from scratch, throwing just about everything they know about how life works out the window, so to speak. Everything that can happen, probably will happen at some point, but that's ok because at least this new wild world has an excellent support system. Beware the angst, this is mostly an outlet for me to express my emotions, so don't be surprised when Luzer has yet another meltdown. Oh, and to answer your question, yes Luzer is very much a self-insert, so sue me!

Summary
Humans are weird and are never satisfied with what they already have. They have to alter everything around them to make their own lives more convenient. Including other lifeforms.
For example, people tampered with genetics to make fish that glow in the dark. Why? For no other reason than they thought they would make radical pets.
As technology advanced, people moved from tampering with simple genetics to tampering with soul energy itself. Thus, Bitties were created: Tiny skeleton creatures powered by soul energy. And of course, almost immediately, they too were patented and sold as “pets.” But being simple things made only of bones and souls, could they really be considered alive? What does it even mean to be alive? What is a soul?
You really didn’t want to think about such headache-inducing existential questions. All you wanted to do was earn enough to go to school, get your veterinary technician license, and live a simple and happy existence. But life had other plans for you in the form of an angry little creature staring you down from the confines of a jar. What the hell?

I was a little worried at first that this story would glorify or romanticize unhealthy possessive relationships, but it actually shows just how messed up they are and what drives them to be the way they are.
The 'bad guys' are relatable while still remaining 'bad'. You almost feel sorry for them... Except Grillby... he needs some concrete swim trunks and a dunk in the ocean. -

Summary
You work in Sunset Animal Hospital located in Sunset City, just an hour or so away from Mt. Ebott. Yes, THE Mt. Ebott. The one where the monsters all came from. Your interaction with them had been fairly minimal until the day that two skeletons walked through your hospital doors.
First story here on the archive! Yay. Papyrus just doesn't get enough love. I'm here to fix that.
