"Hey, Michael. Come with me."
"What?"
Lucifer smirked, seemingly uncaring of the way his wings were broken in multiple places and the fact that his halo had been torn from him, "You and I both know we were never like the rest of them. Neither of us are really angels. You're just still trying to make yourself fit their standards and rules, while I've decided to embrace the truth."
He was glad he'd chosen to ensure his brother's request for one last talk was far enough from the others to not be heard, but still in sight so they could see for certain that the traitor was thrown out, "The truth? And what, pray tell, is the truth?"
"We're destroyers." Lucifer gave the fiery sword in Michael's grip a pointed glance, "You were made to destroy the physical, where I was always meant to destroy everyone's naive innocence."

10,000 years later, and the King of Hell has two things he wants. His brother Fallen with him, and a certain cocky deer as his broken, obedient pet. One is progressing nicely. The other?Well, it wouldn't be much fun if Michael was an easy pushover, would it?
