With a sharp pull from his hand, Stiles freed himself from the hand that was holding him. He turned to glare at Talia, the corner of his eyes carrying the weight of tears unshed; "I waited for your son to get his head out of his ass- I waited for your son to finally accept me, I waited for him to finally say yes when all he said was no, for 10 fucking years!"
Talia didn't know what to say, her eyes widened in surprise. Everyone else was quiet as well.
"-I endured 10 fucking years feeling like a sack of worthless shit while your son tried mending his broken heart while breaking mine- I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for him and now that I'm tired, you tell me to wait!?"

Summary
Summer vacation just wasn't feeling the same after their last big battle with the hunters. Something had shifted in the pack, leaving them all struggling in different ways. On the surface, everything was sunshine and roses. But when nobody was around, they were each dealing with insecurities and fears that they didn't want to burden the rest of the pack with. Summary
Stiles gets attacked by a talon wielding creature, leaving him in a medically induced coma for three weeks and with scars all up his back. At sixteen he’s done fighting a war that isn’t his to fight so he leaves, dad in tow.
He finds a normal life in his new town, he settles and finds himself. He finds friends and love in the seaside town and he leaves the supernatural world behind him.
Well he tries to until he finds himself at Harvard where the supernatural finds him. You can’t escape them for that long when they know of you. Stiles fights and builds a name for himself, one that gets back to the Beacon Hills pack.
Stiles had hoped for a normal life, but things never work out when you have a sourwolf knocking on your door, begging for your help.
Or the one where Stiles tries to leave everything behind but the pack pulls him back in and he's a badass when he gets back and kicks major ass.
