    KAIRI: Kairi wondered how much her family prepared for whatever got them. Whether they gathered all the knowledge they could to prepare for anything. Or did they surrender to it? Did they resign themselves to their fate, and only succeeded in getting Kairi out?

    Maybe there were some things you could prepare for all you wanted, but in the end, life happened, and death ensued.
