Summary
Simon wanted to be free. He wanted his nightmare to be over. But he could not be so lucky.
Even after what should have been the final showdown, he cannot be let free. The Eye of an ignorant god needs a new vessel. If it is to know the universe, it needs a new pinhole to peer through.
Now Simon must find a way to be free of the entity that has taken refuge within him and survive long enough to figure out what he is to do with his life.

Simon survives by the will of the god in the Red Void, but it isn't so simple. He wakes on the Hail Mary before anyone has even woken up, bringing with him a whole array of problems he'll only be able to solve with the help of others.

Summary
A deal with the devil cannot be so easily unmade.
When Simon was saved from death, he really should've read the fine print. The God behind the pinhole has plans for him—plans which involve a brand new universe that Simon is now determined to save. Not to mention the sandy-haired scientist who refuses to leave his side.
