The night air is chilly as Pomni slinks through the streets of the city, her heels tapping on the pavement beneath her as she goes. As much as she knew nobody would see her here, she couldn’t keep herself from worrying. She pulls her cardigan tightly around her, checking her phone’s direction app to make sure she’s headed the right way.
Pomni had never been sure places she was looking for actually existed outside of the novels she’s read, but when she had heard word– after eavesdropping on the subway, of course– that there was a BDSM club in the city, she hastily hunted down the address.

While walking home from the bar, Gavin stumbles upon a group of teenagers attacking an android with a familiar face. Against his best judgement, Gavin decides to take the android in. Now it’s Gavin’s job to take care of this traumatised, mute, feral android.
“Connor? What happened?” he asked.
But, the android remained silent. Its grey eyes continued to stare at Gavin and the now familiar unsettling feeling was back.Wait. Grey eyes?
Gavin did a double take. Its eyes were indeed grey. Not the doe-eyed brown that he had gotten all too familiar with at the station.
“You’re not Connor,” he said, matter of factly. The unknown android cocked its head at his statement, seemingly confused by it. “What are you?” he asked.

Summary
Indulging Dante, Vergil thought, was never a good decision. As children, Dante would beg and plead Vergil for one more fight. One more race around the house. One more of Vergil's colored pencils. One more of Vergil's strawberries. But it was never just one more. One turned into two, which turned into five, and eventually Vergil wound up out of things to give or too exhausted to continue, while Dante was happily oblivious to how much he'd taken and always full of even more energy.
As adults, it wasn't any different.
