He eventually ends up at Crocodile's mercy and things only get worse when Doflamingo enters the picture.

Then Shanks finds him, and for the first time in 20 years get's a good nights rest. He can't understand why Buggy's in the situation he's in, or how he's managed to piss so many people off. He just hopes his crew on the Red Force will eventually learn to love the feral little ex-convict.
