Summary
After so many years in the Port Mafia, Chuuya thought he couldn't be phased by anything - that he had carried out the worst orders that would ever be given to him. Then he sees things he never saw before. He sees horror, cruelty, needless suffering. He sees death in every step he takes.
Chuuya is only human, too. Eventually, he breaks.
OR, Chuuya leaves the Port Mafia and attempts to escape his bloodstained past.

Summary
When Dazai arrives at Chuuya’s apartment feverish, rain-soaked, and entirely too pleased with himself, Chuuya does what he always swears he won’t: lets him in.
One stormy night of soup, medicine, jealousy, stubborn tenderness, and far too much shared space turns into something softer than either of them is willing to name out loud.
Or: Dazai gets sick, Chuuya takes care of him, and both of them are unbearable about it.

Absolutely in love with the writing style I cannot express this enough. It is just so them. It's so simple but it conveys skk perfectly I'm gonna cry
The balance between the fluff, fondness and their little back and forths is so perfect, it's the exact amount of domestic so it's sickeningly cute but not too much so it's ooc. ITS SO BALANCED AGRHH I LOVE IT

GENUINELY THE BEST SKK SHORT FIC IVE READ
Love love love the relationship reveal part of it, not ooc, so so sweet and so fluffy, very domestic, perfect length
THE SCENERY IN THE MEMORY OH MY GOD. I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE IMMERSED. This actually made me feel more than slow burn fics do wtf witchcraft. The descriptions are fucking good I can't express enough how perfect the scene was written, I'm getting so much motivation to draw just from this. Straight out of a movie scene.
Also absolutely love it when people make up abilities/lore :>
