Summary
Lily and James always planned on having a large family and so, when they encounter a newly orphaned baby, they don't hesitate to take in the boy as their own son. A year later, Lily has her own firstborn, and several more children soon follow. Everything is boisterous and loving in the Potter household until disaster strikes, and James Potter passes away. "I can't… What do I do?" Harry hesitated to speak, but he knew Lily would answer him no matter what anyone else did wrong.
"You will listen to them and do what you must. If you need help, you will find your father." She smiled down to him, she had always wanted to be the one to help her son, no matter what the problem was.
"Dad? But how? Isn't he here with you, how do I get back to him?"
