The door was loud when Viktor came home. You weren’t quite sure what to do – there was the possibility of simply acting like everything was all right but with your puffy eyes, wet cheeks and stiff voice he’d catch onto your acting very quickly. So you decided to simply wait for him to discover you, listening intently to his little ramble of what had been going on at work, something about a new breakthrough with Hextech, making some affirming noises along the way to signal him your attention. That did put a little smile on your face.
You’ve had one of those overwhelming days and Viktor finds you crying on the couch. He’s great at comforting though.
