It took a moment for Ilya’s brain to catch up.
“My father knows about me and Shane?”
“The whole world knows about you and Shane! Did you not hear me?”
Or: Shane's phone is stolen in Sochi. They're outed and and have to go on the run together to get out of Russia before being caught by the Russian authorities.

Summary
Shane’s hands were rougher than they looked.
It was something Ilya loved about them. How wide they were; how sturdy; how callused. From afar, so many parts of Shane looked primped and polished. But pressed against his chest, they were a firm weight that lightly scraped his skin as Shane slid him inside. It was always a treat when Shane topped. A treat to watch; a treat to feel; a treat to drown.
And he was drowning.

Summary
Ilya Rozanov spoke like he knew him because he fucking did.
“Oh my god,” Shane shrieked, the sound too loud for the space. “Oh my GOD,” Shane repeated, heart thrumming in his chest just like before.
This was a sick, cosmic fucking joke. How hadn’t Shane put two and two together before? His memory and pattern recognition were what made him so good at his job, his ability to remember the small details others tend to over look is what made him recoil into himself because others didn’t remember minute particulars, others certainly didn’t voice them and make others uncomfortable.
Shane couldn’t believe it. How had he been so fucking blind? So fucking obtuse all these months with the back and forth?
Rose’s comment weeks ago came front and center into his mind.
“He’s really getting under your skin, isn’t he?”
Shane wanted to fucking die.
Shane Hollander knew Ilya Rozanov. How the fuck could he ever forget?

Summary
TL,DR: A deeply unhinged, sexy, gothic, paperwork-heavy event. But still an event.
Rozanov is headlining Louder Than Life. The Vampire Lestat is direct support. This is already a scheduling insult, a management problem, and a spiritual emergency, depending on who you ask.
Shane Hollander is only supposed to photograph their set.
Unfortunately, Lestat notices the camera. Then he notices Shane. Then he notices exactly where Shane’s want can be touched without leaving fingerprints.
Ilya sees enough to know something is wrong, but not enough to stop Shane from choosing the shot anyway. Which is how a five-minute media tent favour turns into contaminated evidence, a consent problem with cheekbones, and the ugliest possible version of access.
First three, no flash. No pulse. No privacy.
