Summary
Free set his gaze in the mirror, but all he could see was a pair of wide open crimson eyes confusingly staring back at him. A white bang covered half his right eye, and Free, tentatively pushed it back and yes, there it was. The scar was larger than what he remembered seeing on TV.
"Holy shit," Free whispered in the voice that wasn't his. "I'm Shu Kurenai."
Shu fell off the bed.
Which, to be fair, would be the most normal part of his day.
Still laying on the floor, he caught sight of what he was wearing, which included an unkept tank top and a dirty kilt. They were comfortable, at least, but not really Shu's cup of tea.
No, no, the cup of tea was unmistakably Free's.Or: In which Shu and Free swap bodies — and lives that seem completely incompatible. In between trying no suspicious friends slash teammates finding out, one or two existential crises, and lots of issues caused by Shu's severe lack of Spanish, keeping up appearances seems like an impossible task. But hey, nothing that two blading geniuses can't handle, right? Right?
