That this little girl that he’d known for all of two seconds reminded him so much of his past that he was willing to throw out whatever plan Shigaraki had probably painstakingly put together in order to get her out of here.

aka, When Dabi stumbles across Eri in the yakuza's base, he spontaneously decides to add kidnapping to his rap sheet in order to get her away from Overhaul. The pair disappear into the city, with not only the Shie Hassaikai on their trail, but a furious Shigaraki and the heroes assigned to Eri's case hunting for them as well. And Dabi doesn't know what to do when his big brother instincts flare back to life, deciding he would do anything to protect Eri. -
