He opens his eyes only to blearily blink them open because it's really fucking bright in this room and there's a very ugly looking stern-faced man glaring down at him. He doesn't quite understand what's going on but he can definitely understand why the baby is screaming. Satoru squints his eyes at the man, which only causes the man to glare harder and scowl at him. The next thing he knows he's very loudly sobbing and there are tears running down his cheeks. Turns out he had been reincarnated into another world as a twin with all the memories of his previous life.
