“I’m not trespassing,” the omega defends himself, clutching the strap of the bag he has slung across his chest, stuffed with random plants. “I was invited here by the clan leader,” he reveals, making Sanemi’s eyebrows furrow in confusion. “My name is Tomioka Giyuu of the Water Clan. I’m here to mate with one of the warriors of the Wind Clan, Shinazugawa Sanemi.”
Sanemi flusters even further at the revelation, nearly dropping to the ground from how fast the blood rushes to his face. He’d expected many things regarding Giyuu, but he hadn’t anticipated an attractive omega, which, looking back on this in hindsight, was a crucial mistake.
He swallows and grits his teeth and tries to keep himself from spiraling. “Is that so?”
or, after Sanemi's father commits an unforgivable crime, Sanemi must enter an arranged mating to secure clan alliances. He has no plans of actually going through with the mating, well, that is, until he meets Giyuu.

After a moment of silence, Uzui got a big grin on his face. “I bet he’s still bitter about losing that spar against our water pillar. Maybe he’s planning on how to get him back.” Sabito rolled his eyes.
“Don’t be ridiculous.” Iguro snaps behind Sabito. Uzui just grinned wider.
“He’s not that pathetic.” Sabito assented. Shinazugawa was an angry man, but not a coward. For some reason, Iguro didn’t seem to appreciate that response even though Sabito was agreeing with him.
