Six months after the fall of the Netherbrain, life is peaceful—until an invitation from Withers arrives, and Tav notices Halsin whittling something behind her back.
Naturally, relying on her instincts as Baldur's Gate's premier "Grand Raven" Master Thief, Tav easily pickpockets the little wooden duck right out of his leathers before they hit the road.
There's only one gift. Who on earth is he planning to give it to?
Author's Note:
Written because I was heartbroken that Halsin keeps the wooden duck hidden away in the Epilogue instead of giving it to his lover.
I'm just here to heal myself with my own headcanons—romanced Tavs deserve the duck, too!

There is simply not enough Halsin romance content in the game—just that one short scene. I refuse to believe they only had one night together before facing the Netherbrain, so I decided to fill in the blanks myself.
I will continue updating this new series whenever inspiration strikes.Alternative title: Nights of Debauchery. Just kidding, broad daylight is fair game too.
