Summary
Weeks after the fall of the Cursed Realm, the ninja believe the story of Morro—the former Master of Wind—is finally over. Once Master Wu’s first and most promising student, Morro became consumed by bitterness after learning he was never destined to be the Green Ninja. His anger led him down a dark path that nearly destroyed everything, including possessing Lloyd and attempting to change destiny itself. But in the end, Morro made one final choice. He returned the Realm Crystal to Master Wu and allowed himself to fall into the Cursed Realm, sacrificing himself to stop the chaos he helped create. Everyone believed he was gone forever. Until the wind brought him back. Reborn in the monastery courtyard with the Realm Crystal at the center of the storm, Morro returns to life at nineteen—short, lean, sharp-tongued, and emotionally distant. Though alive again, he isn’t the same person he once was. Death has left him disconnected, blunt, and unpredictable. The ninja don’t trust him, and Morro makes no effort to earn that trust.
