Summary
Rumi watched with wide eyes as the motorcycles whizzed past them.
“Can I go on one?” She gasped.
"Maybe when you're older," Celine told the seven-year-old with awe in her eyes.
“But you got to ride one!” Rum argued.
“It looks like I rode one.” Celine corrected her, “That’s what stunt doubles are for.”
Foolishly, she hadn’t learned the lesson that for a child maybe is ‘later’ not a ‘no’.Or: Rumi wants to get on a motorcycle, Celine doesn’t want Rumi to get on a motorcycle. Bobby is now contractually obligated to help convince Celine that Rumi should be able to get on a motorcycle.

Summary
It’s been a couple of weeks since Robert became the Z-Team’s dispatcher. The fact everyone lost the bet on when he’d be getting out bummed everyone out, but when the idea of a “What hero is Robert Robertson” betting pool came up, everyone got pumped again trying to figure it out.
Which is how the Z-Team ended up here, sitting in the conference room, playing Never Have I Ever. And finding out out-of-context tidbits about Bob Bobson's backstory.

Summary
“Set it up first,” Mira said, not pausing her work.
And Zoey obeyed. She always set up her own kneeling spot because she knew how many pillows or blankets to use, depending on how deep in her mind she wanted to drift. She used folded blankets if it was only going to be for a short while, but she used pillows if it was going to be for a bit longer. But this time, she used both because she just wanted to drift and submit fully, and she didn’t want her knees to be bruised up from sitting on them.
Zoey’s favorite part wasn’t even the intimacy. It was the certainty, the feeling of purpose, unambiguous and absolute: be here, be still, be good. It was simple, predictable. Just what she needed in moments like this, moments where she didn’t want to be the one to make the choices, she wanted someone else to tell her what to do.

Summary
That classic ‘I need you to help me pretend to my family that I’m in a relationship by bringing you home for the holidays’ fic, except all Celine wants to know is that Rumi has friends, and Rumi… hasn't really been concentrating on that aspect of her life. She wants to be promoted next year, she doesn't have time to make friends. Which is probably why the only people she can think to ask home for Christmas are the two women she had a threesome with six months ago.
Chaotic but established Zoey / Mira, workaholic lonely Rumi, supportive guardian angel Celine. A bit of silly semi-cracky Christmas fun. Will be coming at you like an advent calendar, with one scene a day through December until Christmas - but because chapters are based mostly on scenes they could be 500 words or 2000 words or anywhere in between - please expect zero consistency. Merry Christmas, Polytrix Nation <3

Summary
Rumi touched her fingers to her ribs. She could feel the heat radiating from her skin, even through her clothes. A distant, miserable part of her said, this is going to hurt.
She pushed her fingers down.
The rib shifted.
The thing about telling one very big lie is that it requires a foundation of hundreds of smaller lies to hold it up, lies such as "I'm fine," and "nothing's broken," and "it doesn't hurt."
Rumi finds this out the hard way.
