He's not really fond of that guy at all. Zenitsu narrows his eyes as soon as he sees him getting closer to Tanjirou.
That's when he realizes that his problems are far worse than he imagined; Tanjirou is too focused trying to move the boulder to notice, but Genya is giving him the most obvious heart eyes Zenitsu has ever seen and he's seen a lot because he's aware more than one slayer in there has a thing for Tanjirou, even though they call him "Mom" as a joke.
Zenitsu swears he watches as Genya's eyes roam over Tanjirou's body at least twice and he's about to leave when the tall boy finally speaks to Tanjirou.
