Summary
Robby was all too aware of the frequent discrimination that happened to omegas working in the medical field. He'd seen it time and time again, how omegas got sidelined or abused at the hands of staff and patients.
So, when he laid eyes on Dennis Whitaker, a 4th year medical student at The Pitt, he vowed to himself to keep an extra eye out for the omega, making sure he was fitting in alright and wasn't being treated unfairly by others around him. The younger man was incredibly endearing in his own awkward, baby deer type of way.
He couldn't quite help it if his hands wandered a little, gentle pats on the shoulder or touches resting heavy along the omega's nape. It was nothing scandalous. Just a little friendly touch here and there never hurt anyone, right?
He certainly didn't expect his actions to result in Whitaker suddenly having a flash heat, caused entirely by him.

The lights flash before shutting off completely as the elevator stops abruptly, sending Dennis flying back, only for big hands to wrap around his midsection and hold on as the elevator made some rattling noises.
“What the fuck,” Dennis breathes, voice all high pitched and whiny with fear.
Some emergency back up lights that were much dimmer that the other ones flick on.
Dennis leans into Robby’s broad chest, a bit panicky as a robotic voice mentioned mass power outage due to a tornado switching course and hitting a power grid in their direction.
The omega squirmed, his heart racing, blood pumping as anxiety coursed through him.

"I asked at the desk, they don't have any double rooms left."
"Huh." Tommy sets his luggage on the far side of the bed. "I don't think I can sleep on the couch."
"I can't either, the pressure shift is twinging my leg."
"Well…it's a big bed."
Buck wants to kill him. He's doing that infuriating little flirty face.
Buck also wants to forget his leg hurts and drop to his knees right now. This man drives him fully insane.
Instead he says, "I guess we're stuck here."
The conference hotel is fully booked. Buck is sharing a bed with his ex. His ex he's still pathetically hung up on. His ex he wishes he'd tried to know better. At least he has some new friends to text about it.

Being 'friends' with a psychopath is a dangerous, dangerous thing, and Draco thought that Tom Riddle was a very special type of psycho, as in the bloke was even more dangerous and unhinged than any other in the world. Tom woke him up one night, saying that he had just murdered a Mudblood, because, get this, his victim was smelling like cheese.
Draco could've ignored him, of course, but ignoring a psycho is just asking for death. And so, Draco followed Tom wherever he went. As always.
