Summary
Clark 'Superman' Kent, is a shoe-in for the NFL draft, a tall, dimpled, All-American-Type, College Football's Jesus. Bruce is well-known for his intense dedication to collegiate journalism, his all-black closet and the billions promised to him upon graduation. Bruce wants to sweep at the Collegiate Emmy's, Clark wants to go pro. So, they make a deal. Bruce can produce a media campaign that rallies the public behind Clark before Draft Day. Bruce helps to upkeep the Wayne Media Enterprise legacy, and Clark gets good press.
But then, Clark and Bruce spend game-day after game-day together. Bruce asks Clark questions, studies him, captures him, writes all of him down. What's even more peculiar is Clark starts asking questions back. Questions that make Bruce feel like Clark wants to know him as more than just his shadow for the season.
They can’t fall in love. It wouldn’t make practical sense. It wouldn’t make emotional sense.

Summary
Bruce is suicidal, Clark can tell, and seemingly despite the vast sea of people who claim to know Bruce deeply, he's the only one. To know any more than that (being that this is a creation of the moment, unplanned and unrefined) I fear you will have to read it. Pity really.
