AWW. So sweet and very delicious. I knew from the moment a basket was mentioned that Artemy would get some strawberries and raspberries (and the other fruit, of course.) #GiveArtemyBerries2026. He deserves all of them.
The switching is chef's kiss. Wish we got more bottom Artemy, and though it's only a small part in this fic, I love the fact that it's implied that it's usually Artemy receiving (even though after that it would probably be also a lot of the other way around...) You never usually see that since the fandom has mostly assigned Daniil the bottom. It's also funny, Daniil's very sure he won't like it then it happens and he's like "Holy crap, it can feel like this?????" So peak.

But there were theories of another way to care for the sick and suffering. No pills. No morphine. Research pursued to determine the true power of persuasion, of the voice over the mind. With his guilt looming over him, the strange technique of hypnotism intrigues Daniil.
And anything that intrigues Daniil, intrigues Artemy.

The sweetest, softest, CUTEST THING EVER!!!! UGHHH!!!
Artemy deserves a break and lots of love but also Daniil got lots of love in return and I love that so much mwuah mwuah
there were multiple times where I was genuinely going awww at this fic. The children? Yes. The very affectionate and loving bits? Yes. Daniil waxing poetic about Artemy in his notes? YES!!!!

I adore them so very much. The children and their papas. The way the fic ends makes me imagine the kiddos running up to Danko and hugging him and it makes me very happy.
I always imagine Artemy picking up and spinning back-from-the-capital Daniil and reading that in this fic, again, makes me very happy
