Summary
Yokohama is a city Japan collectively tries to ignore exists. Perceived as a lawless slum, with three warring factions, Yokohama lies facing a vast open sea. Parents tell children stories of a dangerous city filled with constant fighting, and Heroes warn others not to venture that area of Japan.
No one messes with Yokohama
In reality, the land is one of peace, more so than any other place Heroes protect. The slums barely cover 20% of the city and most civilians are well covered. The Tri-parte framework was established decades ago, an agreement uniting The Special Division, The Port Mafia and The Armed Detective Agency.So when one Yokohaman who has a very large influence suddenly goes missing without a trace, who would expect all three parties to search for him?
