Christen wanted to say something but she felt like she’d forgotten how to speak - like she was 15 again meeting Tobin for the first time. Her eye had caught the light reflecting off something on Tobin’s finger and she was certain she was going to pass out.

"There is one final thing." Adora trails off, unsure how to word the request—she’s never asked for something so selfish. She feels her allies stiffen at her back.
"What more could you Eternians possibly want?" Queen C'yra's voice is rude, vitriol oozing into every syllable. Her chest heaves as she tries to collect herself.
Adora points directly at the fiercest warrior the Magicats have, all fire and brimstone on the battlefield. She can't imagine leaving her behind, locked away in this tiny fiefdom.
"I want her," Adora states simply. There are murmurs of outrage throughout the room.
"My daughter? As your slave?" The Queen hisses from her belly a deep sound that would have intimidated most. Adora rolls her eyes at the mischaracterization. She looks at who she now knows is the Princess, she would clearly never be a slave to any mortal.

Both of them jumped further away from each other, pointing an accusing finger, yelling, “Why do you look like me?!”
This catches the attention of the whole tavern, who stared at the two identical Magicats for a moment before resuming what they were doing prior when other-Catra sheepishly smiled at them, apologizing for interrupting. Well, at least their temperament seems different. They continue to look each other over, trying to spot any differences. Unfortunately for Catra, there is none besides the obvious ones. Her chest tightens, a sinking feel in her stomach tells her that her life is about to get even more complicated.

The one time Catra decides to sit down and actually reflect on her actions, she discovers that she isn’t the only Magicat on Etheria like the Horde led her to believe. So much for trying to sort out her feelings for once in her life. Oh and she’s a long lost princess. There seems to be a trend going on.
