I’m lost in my thoughts as the cord of bells on the door chimes, letting me know my first pupil has arrived.
I rise from where I sit cross-legged on my mat and meet molten onyx eyes. Eyes that are definitely not the reason for my newfound love of Friday classes.
“Xaden.” He towers over me, a tousle of glossy black curls, the line of his jaw is squared, and covered with warm brown skin and dark stubble. He folds his arms across his torso, tugging the collar of his hoodie to show a curl of black ink on his neck, as he quirks a brow at me.
“Violence.” I indulge the urge to roll my eyes, brushing past him to the iPad on the windowsill.

Summary
“What do you want, Vi?” he asked a moment later. “What can I do for you?”
Peeling her forehead from his bare chest, Violet peered up at him. He peered back, the dark eyes boring into her so intense her breath hitched.
“Sex,” she supplied, succinct and to the point.
A bark of surprised laughter shook him, vibrated her to her very bones. He was everything she could see. Everything she could hear, smell, feel, touch. There was a small, neglected voice in the back of her mind that screamed that he was everything, period, but Violet refused to listen. She always refused to listen, because she always banked on melting back into the sea of complicated feelings of desire and dislike Xaden Riorson managed to bring out in her. So far, it always had.
But so far, this was the first time Xaden had his cock inside her as well. Maybe that was why the voice seemed a little louder this time, a little more believable.
