“Izuku left the village four months ago on a—a quest, of sorts,” Katsuki said. “Your grandmother did some kind of spell on the necklace—said the connection between the two necklaces would make the spell more powerful. It glows when I’m heading towards him.”
“But…it didn’t work?” Ochako guessed.
“No.”
“What happened?”
He held the dragon's tooth necklace in his hand, finger running across the smooth edge, imagining what it would be like to have dozens of the things clamp around him within a powerful maw.
“It didn’t bring me to him. It brought me to a monster.”

Then Harrington’s omega scent wafts down, covering him like a thick blanket. Billy takes a long, stuttering breath out of instinct. Harrington matches him. In. Out. In. Out. Together, like a bunch of fucking hippies. Harrington’s fingers find their way back to Billy’s upper shoulder, squeezing gently in sync to their breathing. Billy whines and squeaks as strong hands melt the stiff muscles of his neck. He moves to raise a hand to his mouth, to swallow his fist and shut himself up. Harrington, the fucker, wraps his mole dotted legs around Billy’s shoulder to stop him. Billy whimpers and leans back, resigned to his fate.

Summary
Severus' mother has left her abusive husband, and, together with her son, she relocates to a small town in the middle of nowhere. A town which happens to be the hometown of Remus Lupin.
While neither of them is particularly happy to run into the other at the beginning, things start to change when Remus realises that everything is different without the other Marauders around. A tentative friendship begins to form, and soon Remus isn't sure anymore that being friends is all that he wants.
