"That one?" His hand followed his mother’s. She smiled and guided him to the exact star. It was beautiful and bright, much larger than all the stars around it.
"That right there, is Polaris. The legends say that it's the goddess herself watching over us while she rests."
"Wow" Xavier's amazement was showed across his whole face, his eyes sparkled like crystals, his mouth agape as the star was reflected back in his eyes.
"If you ever make an oath and Polaris is in the sky, the legends say that your souls will be entwined forever. That is the will of the goddess."

As much as you show how much the whole incident doesn't make you awkward, it does, and it's killing you that he's sitting beside you like you didn't just got off thinking of him fucking you like some kind of freak.
Maybe you'll consider changing to a different complex before he even gets to figure it out. You'll take it with you to the grave if it means necessary. You shudder at the thought of the consequences, and yet it dawns on you once more that you'll be living with this man for a long while before one of you moves out.
