Summary
The Phoenix symbolizes renewal, rebirth, and resurrection, emerging from the ashes of its own fiery death to be reborn anew.
This is what Robert Robertson the Third tried to see himself as: A Phoenix. After losing his identity and job as Mecha-Man, he has a chance to reemerge as Dispatcher of the notorious Z-Team, a group of dangerous criminals given a shot at being heroes.
And, while everyone else regards the Z-Team as a dumpster fire, a nuclear bomb just waiting to be set off, Robert sees something else—he sees pain, understanding, and above all, an intent to be better. He sees people who had always drawn the short stick, who bet on losing cards, and who were always regarded as less.
What Robert sees... is a group of Phoenixes.
And he'll be damned if he won't stick by every one of them, regardless of what anyone else thinks.
tldr:
Robert is highly emotionally aware and fiercely protective, refusing to give up on anyone in the Z-team, even when the stakes are high and tension is rising. They're all a bunch of fuckin' idiots, as Chase would say, but they're undoubtedly his idiots, through and through. Katniss would’ve never thought that she might make money out of her voice, the idea of anyone in Twelve paying for something as unnecessary as a song seems ridiculous but as it turns out, music is something everyone needs a little of.
With her dad’s old guitar, a few dusty dresses that apparently belonged to some of his cousins and aunts and the songs seared into her memory, Katniss starts unknowingly stepping into the shoes of long forgotten performers and singers whilst also constantly running into her Boy with the Bread making cake deliveries and awakening something in her.
Her discovery of her Covey heritage also gets her involved with the Revolution, becoming a voice for the people of all Districts… and the ghosts Snow thought long buried.

Or, Techno, Wilbur, and Tommy are basically chaotic forces of nature, destined from birth to end the world and bring destruction. Most who hear of the tale of them are trying their best to track them down, and to end the monsters while they’re still young, still just children.
Phil has a different plan.
(In which Phil raises the minecraft equivalents of the anti-christ with love and support, so much so to the point where the world ending is really just a funny thought, and Phil has three kids who casually have powers that are bit more extreme than anything else in the world)
