    Iruma does not have wings, he's a human so of course he doesn't. He expects to be eaten or experimented on when Balam-sensei takes him away after not feeling any wings, but obviously coming from the human realm, Iruma did not know that there was something called 'grounding'.

    And the teachers think that he's a victim.
