Summary
A few days before Xaden is set to enter his third and final year at Basgiath, the General calls in her favor. It's not nearly enough time to come up with a solid plan, but after quickly deciding the youngest Sorrengail must be a spy, Xaden has a few days to put things in motion.
What follows is sending his best friend on a mission he shouldn't be on, a meeting he shouldn't be having, and decisions based on things that really shouldn't fucking matter.
More than anything, Xaden might be in deep over his head.
