And then Wade finally reveals himself, sashaying dramatically out of the doorway and preening in an exaggerated pose, and all thoughts in Logan’s head collectively decide to go on strike.

Unlike Gortash, the chosen of Bhaal is not a creature that can be leashed. Feral, animal thing, she’s hot-blooded and whim to her basest desires. She’s not interested in Gortash’s plan, but she is interested in him. She wants to pluck him thread by thread until his perfect control unravels to see him completely undone. And once he’s fallen apart she’ll have his heart. To eat, of course.
