She expected it to run away- or even attack her, but it just pushed itself weakly away from the spot It was lying, so it was further away from her. It didn’t succeed in that goal, barely moving away at all.Slowly she knelt close to what now she could tell was for sure a wolf, with her hands up in a surrender.it didn’t do anything, just seeming to accept whatever it thought was happening, closing its eyes.
Glancing over it she immediately noticed the arrow sticking out of its side. Losing far too much blood to be good.
