Summary
Shane, Rose, Hayden and Jackie are friends from college who hang out together and attend Trivia Tuesday at The Penalty Box Bar and Grill in their neighborhood. Shane's a sports trivia savant, and Ilya is the new trivia host, determined to stump him.
This is absolutely nothing but fluff, and not even that fluffy. Just all of them them being normal, with a little bit of romance.

Summary
He’s standing across from Ilya in his kitchen. Their feet are almost touching, Ilya’s in black socks that Shane also has multiple pairs of, Shane’s in his favourite soft striped ones. The rain is getting louder outside, moving from a drizzle to a downpour. And Ilya is looking at him like he loves him.

Summary
Shrugging one shoulder far more casually than he possibly feels, Ilya says, “I like both. Is secret, okay?”
“Okay,” Hollander says, voice cracking.
He doesn’t say anything else. The air’s so heavy around them that it feels like being in the middle of a scrum, the weight and heat of all those bodies pressing down on you. Danger always feels like hockey; it’s the most dangerous thing Ilya knows, except for this. Everything dangerous in his life involves men’s bodies and just how close he can get to them. Closer than he probably should.
A year after mysteriously dropping out of the 2009 draft, Shane Hollander is signed by the Boston Raiders, right behind Ilya Rozanov. Having the two biggest stars in the league on the same line is great for Boston — but playing alongside their worst rival was never exactly in Shane or Ilya's plans. Especially not when staying away from each other starts to feel just as impossible as getting along.

Summary
“Did I say something?” he asks, hyperaware of the fact that he’s probably not coming off nearly as chill and relaxed as he’d like to about this. It took him long enough to agree to Shane eating him out, and even longer still to agree to one slim finger. He’s not feeling very sex-positive right now. “Something that implied I wanted to try a vibrator?”
(or: role reversal, gently)

Summary
Never mind the next two weeks, the next eight hours stretched endlessly in front of him. He had no idea how to occupy his time. His house was basically empty, which sounded sad but was really a good thing, evidence he’d built himself the life he wanted – where he always had something to do, outside and with other people. Ilya had been restless for as long as he could remember, had never been able to sit still. He’d gotten in trouble for it as a kid at the dinner table and he got in trouble for it as a full grown man on the team bus. He’d gotten in trouble for it when the doctors had been trying to take the x-ray, his leg jumping without his permission.
Ilya gets injured, stops leaving the house, loses his mind, learns to read tarot, and sends Shane Hollander a lot of photos.
