Octavius moved around a lot, so he had decided not to get attached to anyone. Sure, he could make a friend or two, but he knew from experience that those friendships would not last. And he was fine with that. He didn't need friends anyway.
Jedediah was popular, people loved him. Girls were all over him, despite that he had an amazing boyfriend whom he loved very much. Yet, when Jedediah sees the new kid for the first time, he's immediately drawn in. He wanted to know this mysterious person, even if it kills him.

But, when he finally gets in there? He’s not sure he likes what he sees.
TLDR: Donnie gets turned into a human, and Casey's confused.

It felt wrong not saying it out loud, but he wasn’t sure if he should, if they’re there yet. He wanted to for weeks now. Every time Jesse smiled at him, his eyes sparkling in a way only his could.
