Quirks are weird and One For All is one of the weirdest, manifesting different with every holder, though always granting strength.
For Nana Shimura, it gave her the ability to fly around at near-supersonic speeds, and the support to not die from that, along with the ability to shrink down to the size of a bug.
For Toshinori Yagi, it gave him stronger and denser muscles, allowing him to access all of the strength it can offer, and making him Huge.
For Izuku Midoriya, well, that user has yet to truly understand all it gives to him.

Izumi's life is made of lies. Lies to the world, to her friends, to herself. It's just what it takes to live.
Though she may look like an ordinary Biology student, that's a lie. Izumi is a vigilante. That's far from the worst of her lies, though. She lies to her friends, saying she has a quirk. She lies to Himiko, saying there's hope for people like them. She lies to herself, saying that this is close enough to being a hero, that she's enough.
The truth is, Izumi's Quirkless. Worthless. And all her life is, is layers and layers of lies piled on top of that one insurmountable truth, trying to find a purpose, a way to make it seem like she has any value at all.
