Surge got married to a whole bunch of queens. She is now a Dark Lord. God help us all
Appears to be a canon divergent AU, where Surge is more compassionate than in canon proper, but is no less rough around the edges. As I put it in one comment, she's "like a Disney princess who's allowed to swear and threaten people".
Utterly unhinged, and surprisingly wholesome.
