A (nearly) endless loop of shenanigans between my favourite 2 in 1 package deal and salty alchemist in which you're gonna have to claw flirtatious sparring from my cold dead hands. But then we have the BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE because a funny thing happens when this nonsense is left unattended for long enough and it turns into a steaming hot mess that is one introspective look away from the realization that SHIT bata bing bata FEELING. Then you get a situation that clearly nobody signed the registration slip for and is simultaneously awful and amazing at the same time.

Wow. Great. Fantastic. And now his belt was starting to slip -- just an inch, but a telling one. He didn't know it he was more concerned he was going to lose his hakama or lose Grimmjow inside this infinite hell of a dimension -- or more probably, get strangled as Grimmjow shifted to clawing his way up Ichigo's kimono instead. Okay, no need to worry about losing Grimmjow just yet.
Note to self, murder Urahara. He didn't know what the man had been doing with that senkaimon -- from previous experience, something both inadvisable and criminal would have been the best bet. He didn't know since when the guy made under-the-table deals with Arrancars either. Probably ever since Aizen went down, if Ichigo had to lay another too-easy bet.
Anyway Ichigo and surprise-I'm-not-dead Sexta Espada wouldn't have goddamn well startled each other into unleashing some really unadvisable attacks had they expected each other to be there at all, or at least had they been kept separate more thoughtfully.

On the ancient, rusted-out wreck of the small spacecraft below the dune, several desiccated corpses had been strung up by their ankles—probably by the Bad Lads or some other local gang—and were being picked at by an assortment of Worms and buzzards. Next to them, however, were two men who were still very much alive, tied up back-to-back and dangling upside down, slowly turning in circles as the pair wriggled and squirmed in their bonds.
They weren’t trying to escape, though. They appeared to be much more focused on trying—and failing—to punch each other’s lights out.
“I’m not buying it,” Meryl muttered.
Roberto scoffed. “They sure act like a pair of brothers. Look like it, too.”

Summary
If there's one thing Michael can't stand it's disorganization and his brothers have made a huge mess of Los Angeles.
(S4-rewrite) Michael sees his brothers are letting things get out of hand on Earth and decides they need some micro-managing. Michael becomes Head of HR of the LAPD and puts a damper on Lucifer's downward spiral as Eve stumbles back into life after Chole can't accept him. He's managed the Silver City and Heaven with no issues thus far, surely a measly little precinct can't raise that much Hell.
