Summary
Bright as day, Jason can see every problem they ever had laid in front of him. Like pieces of a riddle all coming together.
“You know what I know, Bruce? I know you think that I’m somehow an exception to the whole vampire thing, but I’m not. I’m just like them. The same way they’re just like me.”
Something dangerous flickers in Bruce's eyes. "Is this a confession?"
"I didn't kill Garzonas." Jason repeats, knowing it's not going to change anything.
All vampires are monsters. Jason is a vampire. Jason is only good because he is controlled. If Jason loses control he becomes just like every other vampire. And all vampires are monsters.Series

Summary
Dust covered every flat surface, and layers of food grime had built up on the counters and dishes in the scummy-water-filled sink in the small kitchen, not that there were many.
The trash can beside the sink was piled a foot above its limit with various takeout containers, all holding too many, too moldy leftovers.
A few other, equally toxic-looking containers and a good half-dozen mugs with various volumes of stone-cold coffee littered the tables - kitchen and coffee - as well as a chaotic mess of papers, folders, and notebooks, most wrinkled, stained, and torn.
But all that was nothing compared to the boy standing amid the wreck.

Stalker watches Drifter kill an Archon, and is annoyed/aroused.
They fuck about it, even if Drifter is confused as to where this even came from.
