"What...?" Cyno breathed, the word caught in his throat.
"The Heavenly Principles did not favor this. He became a torn page in their book," Nabu Malikata explained, a profound sorrow now lacing her every word, like wilting petals. "Why else do you think that his life was so full of unfortunate events?"

Cyno only gives him a flat look in return. “Whether you two have sex or not, like we do, is irrelevant. You are bound together in every sense regardless.”
Kaveh brings Al-Haitham and Cyno together. But he doesn't get left behind, either.
