In a world where everyone is born with soulmate marks, Timothy Drake has even more than usual.
This is the story of how he meets and loses his first soulmate.Now Timothy Jackson Drake was born in Gotham General on July 19th. The very first thing said about him was not his gender, but rather, the fact that he had eight soul-marks. Eight, gray marks waiting for one touch.
The biggest by far wrapped around his front and covered most of his back. The smallest was on his face, the tips of three fingers right next to his eye. Both his right hand and left hand-held soul marks too, a simple destined handshake. The fifth was on the front of his shoulder, a broad impression of a hand, too big on his tiny body. Another wrapped around his right elbow. The seventh was the imprint of a foot on his leg, like someone was going to kick him someday. His last one was hard to see at first, it was mostly hidden by his hairline, and Tim could only guess at what would make it because it was just a line that ran down it in a blurry form, like someone was going to run their hand through his hair really fast.Series
