But when Nirei steps outside and sees Suo, he doesn’t greet him with a bright “Good morning, Suo-san!” He doesn’t show a bubbly smile and start rambling about new facts he learned about the Furin members. Jinbei frowns, his Observation Haki spreading like ink in water. “Is it truly so large?”
“Miles of detritus, my friend! I could spy mountainous jungles to the south of us, but otherwise, there is only-” Brook’s foot goes straight through an old wagon he attempts to use as his final step to the ground, and the skeleton’s arms spin in circles for a moment before he topples forward. Thankfully Jinbei moves quickly enough to catch his crewmate, and Brook makes a beleaguered noise once both his feet are again upon solid ground. “-ah, trash.”
