James kept his head down as he walked with his Mother to the Platform. He pushed his memories to the back of his mind, closing them under lock and key. He had dark bags under his eyes, and was a little paler than he should be. But there was a reason for that. And no, he wasn't a Vampire. It was something much worse, in his opinion, than that.
