Summary
The two former partners have been drifting apart, to Dazai’s utter inconvenience. While the ADA uncovers a more so hidden case the government has been hiding from the public, the port mafia is explicitly affected. Influenced by said participation, Dazai takes it upon himself to investigate without consulting his “colleagues”. What comes out of this? Another world that can only be determined as endless and mind numbing.

After a bad breakup, Chuuya returns to his ancestral village in search of a new beginning. Between an abandoned shrine, a mist-covered forest, and old tales no one dares speak of aloud, he hopes to find peace.
Instead, he finds a spirit who has spent centuries waiting for someone who never came back.
“You won’t hurt me,” Chuuya said.
The kitsune smiled.
“Are you sure?” he purred, leaning in close enough for Chuuya to feel his breath. Sharp fangs nicked Chuuya’s lower lip. “I’ve wanted to ruin you since the moment you stepped onto this mountain, little human.”
Or: Chuuya desperately needs a change of scenery, but he never signed up to share his new place with a mischievous and vengeful kitsune—let alone his mind, his body, and his heart.
