    His eyes – Giorno had been bothered by it since Mista first opened them. They were dark and glossy, not even brown but pure black, honest and entrancingly deep unlike any other person’s eyes. But Giorno was sure that he’d seen them before somewhere and was quickly coming to realise that they were the same eyes as the seal’s that he’d seen from the shore.

    In a secluded cottage by the sea, Giorno thinks he is as alone as he ever could be. But before long he is confronted by somebody who needs his help, who's injured and heartbroken, who's far from home, and who is not at all human.
    Giorno is only a little shocked at himself for falling in love with a selkie.
