“I’M SORRY, IZUKU!!” Eren’s guttural scream echoes off discolored stomach lining.
Izuku? Eren questions, who is—a face flashes through Eren’s mind, a boy’s. His face is painted with hundreds of freckles, his green hair an unkempt disaster.
Eren's snapped out of his trance by the familiar squelch of swords slicing through flesh, and glances upward to see a figure shrouded by light.
It’s the boy from his vision, with blood smeared across his face and fury written into his brows.
No, not a boy, Eren thinks. An angel. Otherwise why would he be surrounded by that green glowing light?
The angel reaches an arm out towards Eren, eyes glowing with the same energy that crackles across his body.
“Izuku,” Eren whispers, his stub of an arm extending out towards his savior, you’re finally here.
