Summary
Jaskier was starting to wonder if Geralt had left, or had decided to ignore him, when there was a low voice in his ear. It was close enough that Jaskier felt hot breath tickling his neck, sending tingles down his spine, his skin erupting into goosebumps.
“I heard you, Jaskier.”
Jaskier knows he's got feelings for Geralt. Which makes things awkward when Geralt asks him to perform privately for him... and a lover. Blindfolded, Jaskier isn't sure what to anticipate - but after Geralt's so-called lover leaves after only a few minutes, it quickly becomes apparent that his plans are quite different to what Jaskier is expecting.

Summary
Jaskier is cursed and absolutely certain that he and Geralt are married. Geralt both does and doesn't like it.
It’s happened before: Jaskier cursed by a past lover to experience for himself the ache of unrequited love. Once, memorably, for a donkey, who was impervious to all the bard’s serenades and compliments, and shat on his favourite pair of boots. The irony of today’s particular curse is that Jaskier’s ‘love’ isn’t actually unrequited. Presumably, though, Lady Freckletits and her sister thought it would be funny to see Jaskier scorned and rejected by the stoic, emotionless witcher he insists on following around.

Summary
Blowing out the candle by the bed leaves them in almost complete darkness, the rain smattering hard against the window, wind howling around the corners of the building. All things considered, it is worth it.
Geralt lies facing Jaskier, hands tucked under his cheek, watching him through the darkness. He wonders if Jaskier knows that he can see him, watch him back. Probably not.
“I’m sorry for dragging you into this,” he says quietly, and Jaskier waves a hand dismissively between them.
“Got a roof over our heads. What are some fake sex noises between friends anyway?”
It’s funny, but it twists something in his chest.OR; this author imagined what it would be like to be on the recieving end of a hickey, especially if you were pining your ass off after the one giving it, but pretending not to.
