Malfoy sat forward in his seat, elbows on his knees, legs wide apart. He tilted his head to one side, and said softly, "Are you horny, Granger?"
Her whole body stiffened and she felt her mouth drop open a little. After a moment, he smirked and sat back in his seat, still watching her, seemingly happy to let her silence lie uncomfortably between them. She recovered enough to respond with the words "Not really, no," and add a patronising sniff, but his continuing smirk suggested he had read a different answer in her face.

Summary
Regardless of the fact that Charlie Matheson makes it abundantly clear that she doesn't want any help from him, Sebastian Monroe can't help but save her life when he finds her in trouble. After that, whether she likes it or not, he's sticking around, and she ends up taking him home to Willoughby, where as they work together (alongside her family) to take down the Patriots, their feelings for each other change.

Summary
Picks up right where season 2 ended. Miles, Bass, Charlie, and the others have been living with the Texas Rangers for the last three months, working to fight the Patriots. When ugly secrets come to light about "that night in Philly," the small Matheson clan splits up: Rachel leads a group to Bradbury to fight the Nanites, while Bass forms his own group to take out the Patriots. Two separate quests: could they be more connected than anyone realized?

Canon partway through 2x04 and diverges from there, bumping back the Willoughby timeline and setting New Vegas deeper in the Plains Nation. Sequel to "Charlotte."
