Kate, reasonably on edge from her apartment being broken into again by Yelena, shakes her head with a bewildered expression. “I, um…no. I’m not hurt.” She looks around, trying to understand the utter absurdity of the situation. It’s almost two in the morning and Yelena Belova has once again invaded her home. “Um…what the hell is happening?”
Yelena blinks, unsure of where to start. 'I jumped off the second tallest building in the world and then everything fell apart' doesn't sound right. So instead, she settles for the most simple but true thing she can:
“I was worried about you.”

It's been a week since New York City was temporarily covered in shadow and then subsequently saved by the 'New Avengers.'
Yelena Belova has better things to worry about than government endorsement and endless attention. Case in point: making sure Kate Bishop is still alive.
And hopefully everything's fine and dandy and no shadowy force has taken Yelena as a new host. No, definitely not.

Intergalactic threats, armed robbers, dangerous terrorist organizations and of course, the one thing Kate Bishop is actually defeated by is a fucking leaking pipe leaving her and Lucky without any roof over their heads for weeks.
With Clint far away in his farm home in Iowa, Kate finds that there’s only one place where she can go.
(It’s definitely not the only place, but maybe it feels like it thanks to the presence of a specific blonde spy.)
OR: Kate requests to stay at the new Avengers tower after her apartment is flooded and is, surprisingly, welcomed with open arms—she just doesn’t quite understand why they treat her like she’s some zoo animal, pointing and giggling everytime they see her.
